The rules for using WOMP. Short, and in plain words.

What WOMP is

WOMP lets you make a personal page about someone’s work and send it to them as a link. It is run by Cercel Cosmin Daniel, Romania. Contact: womp8181@gmail.com.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

What you put on WOMP

• What you upload and write stays yours. You give WOMP permission to store it and show it to the people who have your link, only so the service can work.
• You confirm you are allowed to use what you upload. If you use part of someone else’s video or picture to comment on it, that is your responsibility.
• Do not upload anything illegal, hateful, harassing or sexual, anyone’s private information, or anything meant to mislead people.
• Do not use WOMP to send spam. One thoughtful page for one person is the idea.

Pages are reachable by link

A published page can be opened by anyone who has its link. Do not put anything on a page that you would not want that person to forward.

Removing content

We may remove a page or close an account that breaks these rules or the law. If you think a page should be removed, write to womp8181@gmail.com with its link.

Price

WOMP is free during early access. Paid plans are shown on the pricing page and will be announced before they start. Nothing is charged without your clear agreement.

No guarantees

WOMP is still new. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but it is provided as it is, and it may change or have interruptions. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Responsibility

As far as the law allows, WOMP is not responsible for lost business, lost data, or the outcome of your contact with a client. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Ending

You can stop using WOMP at any time and ask for your account to be deleted.

Which law applies

These terms follow the law of Romania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the law where you live.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so here and update the date at the top.
